What is a message credit?
Message credits measure the agent’s replies, not the number of visitors. Your plan includes a monthly allowance. Additional credits are available separately.
Can I change plans later?

Which payment methods do you accept?
We confirm payment methods and billing arrangements during onboarding. Enterprise billing is agreed as part of the contract.
