Description: Get started with building and publishing your Aihio chatbot.

Start with one task: help a website visitor find the answer to an important question. Add the information needed for that answer and test it before making the agent available to customers.

## What you need

- Access to Oma Aihio and the correct workspace.
- Permission to use the content you select as a knowledge source.
- Access to edit your website, or help from the person maintaining it.
